What you will do

• Architect business solutions to support client initiatives and translate goals into technical implementations.
• Manage end-to-end project plans in Kantata to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Maintain high-touch client relationships through proactive communication and strategic roadmapping.
• Identify and develop upsell opportunities to expand client engagements.
• Lead discovery sessions and present deliverables as a Project Lead.
• Collaborate with internal delivery teams to remove roadblocks and maintain utilization targets.

Requirements

• Must be based in or work according to the EST timezone.
• Senior-level experience with a strong understanding of go-to-market (GTM) teams including marketing, sales, and operations.
• Proven track record in relationship management and handling client objections.
• Solid foundation in project management fundamentals and scope control.
• Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and Professional Services Automation software.
• Analytical thinking skills for quantitative and qualitative problem solving.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with AirCall and Snowflake.
• Experience using Kantata for project management.
• Industry specialization in financial services, SaaS, or healthcare.
• Experience with custom integrations and data migrations between HubSpot and other systems.
