Consultant (HubSpot): Managing client engagements to implement HubSpot and other technologies to solve front-office problems with an accent on business strategy, account management, and project delivery. What you will do
- Architect business solutions to support client initiatives and translate goals into technical implementations.
- Manage end-to-end project plans in Kantata to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Maintain high-touch client relationships through proactive communication and strategic roadmapping.
- Identify and develop upsell opportunities to expand client engagements.
- Lead discovery sessions and present deliverables as a Project Lead.
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams to remove roadblocks and maintain utilization targets.
Requirements
- Must be based in or work according to the EST timezone.
- Senior-level experience with a strong understanding of go-to-market (GTM) teams including marketing, sales, and operations.
- Proven track record in relationship management and handling client objections.
- Solid foundation in project management fundamentals and scope control.
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and Professional Services Automation software.
- Analytical thinking skills for quantitative and qualitative problem solving.
Nice to have
- Proficiency with AirCall and Snowflake.
- Experience using Kantata for project management.
- Industry specialization in financial services, SaaS, or healthcare.
- Experience with custom integrations and data migrations between HubSpot and other systems.
