What you will do

• Assist clients with design and implementation of DMS systems, specializing in NetDocuments, Worldox, or iManage.
• Evaluate existing DMS implementations and develop recommendations for resolution, enhancement, and tuning.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and application distribution schedules.
• Refine design and implementation methodologies and define best practices for the DMS practice.
• Maintain expertise in DMS technologies, industry trends, and law firm business needs.

Requirements

• Substantial law firm consulting experience.
• Experience in analysis, design, implementation, administration, and support of electronic DMS.
• 3+ years consulting in Legal Vertical leading NetDocuments or iManage projects.
• 2+ years with Microsoft SQL Server databases.
• 5+ years with complex, large-scale NetDocuments or iManage implementations.
• 2+ years integrating desktop applications with DMS.
• Understanding of law firm business and risk management.
• Meticulous organizational and multi-tasking skills; commitment to customer service.
