What you will do
- Define and own the B2C monetisation strategy, shaping pricing and packaging across iOS, Android, and Web.
- Lead a continuous A/B testing program across the full funnel to improve free-to-paid conversion and renewal rates.
- Analyze product and commercial KPIs (CVR, ARPU, etc.) using tools like Amplitude and Looker to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Marketing to deliver high-quality paywalls and premium UX.
- Champion the monetisation vision to leadership and align cross-functional roadmaps.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of product management experience in a B2C consumer product.
- Expertise in running high-velocity experimentation and designing statistically sound A/B tests.
- Strong data-driven mindset with proficiency in product analytics tools (SQL is a plus).
- Experience with mobile-first products across multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Web).
- Understanding of subscription business models and how to create and capture value.
- Comfort with agile development and the ability to work in ambiguous environments.
