• Own and evolve the end-to-end digital customer journey across all touchpoints.
• Lead website, UX, CRO, and platform optimization to drive conversion.
• Define and deliver CRM and lifecycle strategies aligned to key customer moments.
• Drive SEO, local search, and AI-driven discoverability strategies.
• Build and embed experimentation frameworks to continuously improve performance.

Requirements

• Strong expertise across website, CRM, and customer journey optimization.
• Experience leveraging AI and data to drive personalization and growth.
• Deep understanding of SEO, local search, and emerging AI search behaviors.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
