What you will do

  • Design and optimize channel strategies across digital, retail, partner, and B2B routes.
  • Own the end-to-end growth funnel to drive measurable improvements in acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
  • Execute and scale experiments across web, mobile, onboarding, and CRM journeys based on data insights.
  • Analyze the full acquisition funnel and build KPI dashboards to identify high-impact growth priorities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align pricing, promotions, and packaging strategies.
  • Lead the continuous improvement of customer journeys, including sign-up, installation, and renewal processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in growth, digital marketing, product, or commercial roles.
  • Experience within telecoms, tech, broadband, or subscription-based services.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable commercial strategies.
  • Understanding of multiple routes to market, including direct sales and partner channels.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence teams without direct authority.
