HSE Site Manager (m/f/d) (Wind Energy)

Location: Hamburg, Germany, with multi-week assignments at construction sites and wind farms across Germany.

What you will do

• Organize, conduct, and document safety briefings and inspections at construction sites.
• Advise site management, installation teams, service providers, customers, and authorities on HSE matters.
• Investigate incidents, define corrective actions, and provide follow-up communication on HSE tickets.
• Develop and implement HSE programs and continuously improve the HSE management system.
• Implement customer-specific HSE requirements and verify compliance.
• Review qualification matrices, RAMS, and other HSE documentation.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as an occupational safety specialist on construction sites or equivalent.
• Completed training in occupational safety or a technical profession is advantageous.
• Strong assertiveness, organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset.
• Very good English and good German skills, written and spoken.
• Willingness to work multi-week assignments across Germany and regularly work Saturdays.
• Physical fitness, certification for working at heights, and a valid Class B driving licence recognized in Germany.
