Location: Hybrid (Munich, Germany). 60% office attendance required.

What you will do

• Own the overall promotional strategy, planning, and measurement to drive efficiency across markets.
• Establish a governance framework with clear guardrails, performance KPIs, and decision rights.
• Integrate promotions with pricing to drive effective net price management.
• Act as the connective tissue between Vendor Management, Category, CRM, Marketing, and Finance.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to build capabilities, automation, and promotional tooling.
• Lead and scale a team of experts to create a best-in-class Center of Excellence for Promotions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in e-commerce, revenue management, or commercial strategy (pricing or analytics).
• Strong commercial acumen with expertise in P&L, ROI, elasticity, and incrementality.
• Proven track record of building and scaling cross-functional teams.
• Ability to leverage data for decision-making; SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent English (German is a plus).
• Must be based in Munich to support the hybrid work model (60% office).
