What you will do

• Own the weekly operating rhythm for monetization experimentation, including planning, launch, and decision-making.
• Translate monetization priorities into a concrete test roadmap for mobile and web experiences.
• Maintain live revenue forecasts and reconcile planned vs. actual revenue with Finance.
• Develop business cases for price changes and manage rollouts across iOS, Android, and Web.
• Track key monetization metrics and ensure the decision-readiness of the revenue view.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in monetization, pricing, or subscription PM roles in consumer businesses.
• Proven track record of shipping at least 30 paywall, pricing, or offer experiments personally scoped and briefed.
• Proficiency with experimentation platforms like Eppo, Statsig, GrowthBook, or Optimizely.
• Strong knowledge of mobile subscription mechanics (trials, intro offers, renewal cycles) on iOS and Android.
• Analytical fluency and familiarity with SQL for validating experiment results.
• Must be based in Berlin or Helsinki.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with subscription platforms such as RevenueCat, Adapty, or Purchasely.
