Senior Product Manager (E-commerce)

TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (E-commerce): Leading the end-to-end product lifecycle for a global used photography and videography equipment platform with an accent on outcome-driven development and innovation-led roadmaps. Location: Hybrid (Berlin, Germany) - 2 days per week from the office in Bülowstraße, 3 days from home.

What you will do

• Define product roadmaps and success metrics based on business and user needs.
• Collaborate with Product Design and key stakeholders on the discovery process.
• Translate high-level solutions into detailed epics and user stories for the engineering team.
• Manage and maintain the product backlog and lead sprint review meetings.
• Produce and maintain comprehensive product documentation to ensure clarity.

Requirements

• Proven previous experience in a Product Management role.
• Proficiency in customer-centric product development methodologies and principles.
• Strong understanding of agile software development approaches.
• Ability to translate business, system, and behavioral data into actionable insights.
• Must be based in Berlin or able to commute to the office (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience with the Atlassian toolset, specifically JIRA.
• Background in e-commerce and/or logistics operations.
• Experience collaborating with UI/UX designers using Figma and FigJam.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and data-informed decision making.
