What you will do

• Identify growth opportunities and implement territory sales plans to increase sales.
• Manage relationships with growers and retailers to create demand for the Plant Health portfolio.
• Develop and maintain accurate retail-level forecasts throughout the year.
• Deliver professional presentations in both virtual and face-to-face settings.
• Collaborate with partners to introduce new agricultural technologies and products.
• Mentor and support peer sales colleagues within their respective territories.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5+ years of experience in Western Canadian agriculture.
• Proven track record of successful customer relationship management.
• Strong business acumen, leadership capabilities, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

• CCA, P.Ag., or similar professional designations.
