What you will do
- Manage all phases of the sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to demo and closing.
- Build a robust pipeline through outbound calls, email communications, and events.
- Provide coaching and guidance to other Account Executives to improve team performance.
- Collaborate with marketing, partner success, and account management for successful customer onboarding.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and activity reporting within the CRM system.
- Support the Director of Sales with strategic operational tasks and performance analysis.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and productivity requirements.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is required.
- Must be able to provide a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of SIN, and proof of residential address in Canada.
- Strong relationship-management, communication, and time-management skills.
- Analytical ability to manage complex projects seamlessly.
Nice to have
- Understanding of the digital marketing industry.
- Previous experience using Wishpond products.
- Knowledge of a second language.
- Relevant degree or diploma.
