What you will do

• Develop and implement selling strategies to maximize account penetration for branded and private brand products.
• Lead category reviews and data analysis to grow volume and improve margins through promotional planning.
• Manage broker organizations and establish KPIs to ensure and review performance.
• Identify new retail opportunities and enhance omnichannel and ecommerce presence through digitalization.
• Collaborate internally to analyze market conditions, competitive situations, and industry updates.
• Assist in creating go-to-market strategies and merchandising vehicles to extend brand reach.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• Must live within 45 minutes of a major airport.
• Demonstrated knowledge of retail benefits selling and merchandiser retailing.
• Superior analytical skills with experience interpreting Circana or other consumption data.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Clean driving record and ability to travel 30-50% annually.

Nice to have

• 4-year degree (BA/BS) in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or Packaging.
• 4+ years of sales experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) with P&L responsibility.
