What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers within the assigned Central Anatolia region.
• Provide technical advice and agronomic support to growers, advisors, and distributors.
• Demonstrate product efficacy through field visits, presentations, and on-farm trials.
• Recommend appropriate crop protection products based on local conditions and crop needs.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and food chain partners.
• Prepare regular sales activity reports and follow up on collections.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or a related agricultural discipline.
• Experience in technical sales or field agronomy, preferably within the crop protection sector.
• Fluency in Turkish (written and spoken).
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within Turkey.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
