Salary: 60,000–94,000 CAD + sales incentive plan

What you will do
- Meet or exceed sales targets for assigned territory and products.
- Develop strategic selling initiatives and business plans with key partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct needs assessments, deliver clinical education, and provide product demonstrations.
- Manage tenders, contracts, compliance, and sales data analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams and participate in events and launches.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years of related experience
- Must reside in Alberta (preferably Edmonton)
- Strong clinical and product knowledge in healthcare.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel 30-50% frequently, including overnights and occasional weekends.
- Compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
Nice to have
- Experience selling to private and public sectors.
- Working with distributors and retailers.
- Background in continence, critical care, ostomy, or wound care.
