What you will do

  • Train partners on hirify.global ONE Platform to generate leads and activate migrations from legacy systems.
  • Develop and implement strategic mutual plans to manage and grow accounts and opportunities.
  • Prospect customers via direct (calls, meetings) and indirect (networking) methods.
  • Retain clients, build trusting relationships, and identify new opportunities in your territory.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions and handle support escalations.
  • Conduct presentations, partner with vendors for resell opportunities, and meet sales targets.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in software sales through channels.
  • Deep understanding of channel operations and collaboration with OEM strategic alliances.
  • Experience driving net new logos, growing accounts, and building OEM partnerships.
  • Certification in Value Selling - Visualize or equivalent sales methodology.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; experience with Fortune 500 accounts.
