TL;DR

Venture Manager (Fintech Partnerships): Build and scale large-scale Fintech ventures from zero to high-revenue integration, owning the entire strategic lifecycle from inception to execution. Focus on securing and managing partnerships with payment and banking clients, applying methodologies like Design Thinking and Lean Startup for seamless high-converting integrations.

Location: New York, 5 days a week in the office

Salary: $140K – $170K

What you will do

  • Build and scale Fintech ventures from zero to high-revenue, owning the full strategic lifecycle.
  • Serve as primary client contact, managing communication, expectations, and project outcomes.
  • Lead workshops using Design Thinking and Lean Startup for high-quality deliverables.
  • Deliver product-business hybrid logic for seamless, high-converting integrations serving millions of users.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project leadership focused on venture building or innovation consulting.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage large projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication for client relationships and expectation management.
  • Experience in Venture Building, Fintech, or Strategic Partnerships in high-growth environments.
