TL;DR

Vice President, Business Development & Strategic Partnerships (Fintech): Source, close, and launch high-impact strategic partnerships embedding hirify.global’s offerings into proptech platforms with an accent on revenue growth, distribution, and customer acquisition. Focus on owning full deal cycles from prospecting to go-to-market execution, navigating complex multi-stakeholder negotiations, and building scalable playbooks for partner categories.

Location: Hybrid roles in New York, San Francisco, or Salt Lake City with 2-3 days per week onsite; relocation assistance available for candidates outside these areas. U.S. locations only.

Salary: $336,000 - $420,000 OTE (NYC/SF); adjusted for other U.S. locations based on cost of labor.

What you will do

  • Hunt, close, and scale net-new strategic partnerships driving revenue, distribution, and product expansion.
  • Own full partner sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, value mapping, financial modeling, negotiation, and go-to-market execution with executive stakeholders.
  • Develop custom value propositions and lead commercial negotiations with complex economic structures.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, Marketing, and Finance for integrations and GTM motions.
  • Build repeatable playbooks for evaluating and scaling partner categories.
  • Report pipeline health, forecasts, and strategic priorities at executive level.

Requirements

  • 10-12+ years in strategic partnerships, business development, enterprise sales, or corporate development, ideally in fintech/SaaS/platform tech.
  • Track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals for integrated SaaS/FinTech solutions with >$20M revenue impact.
  • Consultative relationship builder trusted by executives, with commercial creativity and financial rigor.
  • Thrive in ambiguous, high-velocity environments; hands-on from strategy to execution.
  • Deep curiosity about financial technology, payments, and embedded finance.
  • Excellent communicator, storyteller, and CRM/sales forecasting expert.
