TL;DR

Senior Manager, Partnerships Strategy & Operations (FinTech): Own the strategy, systems and insights that accelerate user adoption and growth across partnership verticals with an accent on user conversion funnel strategy, experimentation, cross-functional mobilization and partner enablement. Focus on developing scalable growth playbooks, conducting root-cause analysis on bottlenecks, and driving operational excellence through data-driven recommendations.

Location: Hybrid work environment, 2-3 days per week in NYC, SF, or Salt Lake City offices. Candidates must work hybrid in one of these US hubs; relocation assistance available for those moving to hubs.

Salary: Tier A (NYC/SF/Seattle): $192,000 - $240,000 OTE; Tier B (Austin, Washington D.C., Philadelphia, Los Angeles, San Diego, Chicago, Miami, Atlanta): $172,000 - $186,000 OTE; Tier C (SLC/All Other States): $163,000 - $204,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Own user conversion funnel improvements across the entire journey from click to repeat transactions.
  • Build comprehensive funnel strategies with KPIs, diagnostics, growth levers, and benchmarks.
  • Develop dashboards, frameworks, and experiment repositories with Data & Insights team.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis on bottlenecks and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Partnerships, Product, Engineering, and Design to prioritize enhancements and ensure execution.
  • Create scalable tools, playbooks, and materials for partner enablement and go-to-market support.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years in strategy, partnerships, business operations, revenue strategy, or top-tier consulting.
  • Demonstrated success in growth via funnel optimization, experimentation, and data-driven strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building models, dashboards, and insights.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration, communication, and stakeholder influence.
  • Highly organized for managing multiple initiatives in fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with BI tools, funnel analytics, and experimentation frameworks.
