What you will do

• Own deployment architecture and execution, including VPC configuration, permissioning, networking, and infrastructure provisioning.
• Manage full infrastructure lifecycle for critical customers: deployments, upgrades, scaling, and incident support.
• Develop deployment runbooks, upgrade procedures, and automation tooling for repeatable operations.
• Partner with engineering to ensure platform deployability across diverse customer requirements.
• Collaborate with customer platform engineering, security, and DevOps teams on infrastructure constraints and compliance.
• Work with Sales and Customer Success to scope requirements and create deployment plans.

Requirements

• 5+ years in infrastructure, DevOps, platform engineering, or solutions architecture with customer-facing deployment experience
• Deep experience with AWS services, Terraform, container orchestration, and cloud networking (VPCs, IAM, DNS, load balancing)
• Track record managing deployments in customer-owned cloud environments, including security reviews and compliance
• Ability to navigate ambiguity with enterprise stakeholders and create actionable plans
• Strong operational instincts for upgrades, rollbacks, monitoring, and failure modes
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Nice to have

• Hands-on with Go services, GraphQL APIs, or LLM infrastructure
• Experience at early-stage company building deployment operations and tooling
• Familiarity with observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) and incident management
• CI/CD pipeline design or infrastructure self-service tooling
