What you will do

• Lead end-to-end international accounting operations and close processes across multiple foreign entities and jurisdictions.
• Ensure financial results comply with US GAAP, local statutory requirements, and international regulatory frameworks.
• Build and maintain strong internal controls (SOX) and ensure audit readiness across international operations.
• Partner with Tax, Legal, and Business Development to support global expansion and entity structuring.
• Drive automation and implement scalable accounting systems to increase reporting efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage external audits and maintain relationships with international auditors and advisors.

Requirements

• 15+ years of accounting experience, with at least 5 years in public accounting.
• CPA or international equivalent certification.
• Direct experience working within a public company.
• Proven expertise in SOX compliance.
• BA or BS degree in accounting, business administration, or economics from a top-ranking university.
• Must be based in the US.
