Director, Data & Analytics - Operations (Multi-sided Marketplace): Own the analytics function for operations scaling to $10B GMV with an accent on network health, cost efficiency, partner performance, and forward-looking signals. Salary: $235,680–$328,656 annually (base + bonus target).

What you will do

• Serve as thought partner to COO and ops leadership, synthesizing network data into Management Team recommendations.
• Own strategic roadmap for Operations analytics, building team and infrastructure to scale with company growth.
• Lead and develop a team of 7 analysts, fostering rigor, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
• Build data-driven culture with nuanced segmentation, test-and-learn mindset, and measurable initiatives.
• Own data foundation: build reporting models in Snowflake via dbt, establish KPIs and dashboards.
• Partner with Data Tech, Technology, Product, and Finance on data infrastructure and performance definitions.

Requirements

• 10+ years in analytics/data science, 3+ years leading teams in high-velocity ops/B2B tech.
• Direct experience in multi-sided marketplaces (supply, demand, fulfillment dynamics).
• Proven scaling of analytics functions, hiring/managing analysts/data scientists.
• Expertise in operational analytics: network performance, partner health, cost efficiency, CX metrics, cohort/partner segmentation, time series.
• Exceptional analytical skills: causal inference, A/B/switchback testing in high-volume environments.
• Expert in modern data stack: SQL, Python/R, Snowflake, dbt, BI tools (Looker/Tableau), self-service reporting.
• Shape leadership strategy from technical findings; bias toward action in fast-paced settings.
