What you will do

• Partner with Product & Engineering to define metrics, reports, and dashboards.
• Build and enhance core business dashboards in Power BI and reporting products within the application.
• Extract, analyze, and transform data using SQL and Python for reporting and ad hoc analysis.
• Own design and documentation of key business metrics for team consistency.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in data and share insights with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering on data models and contribute to visualization best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years in business intelligence, data analysis, or similar role.
• Advanced SQL skills for clean, performant queries on raw tables.
• Intermediate Python for modeling and analyzing data.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Strong data visualization and communication skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Experience in agile, cross-functional teams; ability to multitask and work autonomously/collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with dbt or dimensional modeling.
• Healthcare, telehealth, or HIPAA data experience.
