Salary: $110,000 – $140,000 CAD

What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders to identify self-serve data gaps and build reusable assets.
• Design and implement trusted datasets, reporting templates, and self-serve workflows.
• Improve data consumption via BI platforms (Looker) with a focus on usability, consistency, and trust.
• Build scalable solutions using SQL, Python, and internal AI-powered analytics tools.
• Create and deliver training, documentation, and enablement sessions for non-technical teams.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Data Science to strengthen underlying infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or analytics engineering.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of Python.
• Experience with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Proven track record of building reusable data assets and self-serve workflows.
• Experience in teaching, mentoring, or enabling others to use data tools.
• Must be based in Canada (Ottawa, Toronto, or Calgary).

Nice to have

• Experience with natural language or AI-powered analytics tools.
• Experience in modern cloud data environments.
