Staff Data Analyst (Healthcare/Medtech): Driving data-informed decision-making for the Match Success product group to optimize how patients and therapists connect with an accent on analytical strategy and experimentation. Focus on designing business-critical dashboards, leading end-to-end A/B tests, and scaling data models using dbt.
Location: Hybrid (must be based in San Francisco, New York, or Seattle); onsite 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
Salary: $182,000 - $227,000 USD Annually

What you will do
- Partner with Product and technical stakeholders to prioritize analytical needs and support product launches with data-driven insights.
- Define analytical strategy, reporting frameworks, and experimentation roadmaps to guide product direction and OKR development.
- Design and scale business-critical dashboards and datasets for reliable, self-serve access to key metrics.
- Lead end-to-end experimentation from test design and execution to actionable product recommendations.
- Craft compelling data narratives and visualizations for product leadership and executive audiences.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to improve dbt modeling foundations and pipeline reliability.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience applying analytics to complex business problems in high-growth, product-focused environments.
- Deep fluency in SQL and strong knowledge of A/B testing methodology and statistical interpretation.
- Proven track record of building business-critical dashboards in Hex, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Experience with data modeling using dbt.
- Must be based in or able to work from the NYC, San Francisco, or Seattle hub locations.

- Experience with advanced analytics techniques such as Python, ML models, or LLMs.
