Programmatic Account Manager (AdTech): Manage post-sales client relationships, campaign optimization, and account expansion for the AI-powered hirify.global Marketing Platform with an accent on programmatic media buying, RTB expertise, and DSP campaign management. Focus on designing unique strategies, providing strategic optimizations, and delivering measurable ROI through regular performance analysis and client advisory.

Location: Remote first, prioritizing candidates located in the NY/NJ area; travel up to 20%.

What you will do

  • Act as main point of contact for client portfolio across verticals.
  • Design unique campaign strategies and set up DSP campaigns, including third-party tags and pixels.
  • Optimize campaigns, provide reporting, and recommend opportunities to meet KPIs.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and improve tools/procedures for efficiency.
  • Conduct in-person/virtual meetings, QBRs, presentations, and client training.
  • Provide strategic thought leadership as a client advisor.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Real Time Bidding/programmatic (DSP, Ad Network).
  • Experience with Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, or DSP self-serve.
  • Proven client relationship management and service excellence.
  • Focus on account retention and revenue growth.
  • Ability to grasp/communicate technical concepts and platform knowledge.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising trends.

Nice to have

  • Experience with complex databases.
