Salary: $62,000 – $70,000 per year

What you will do

• Aid the sales force in the overall RFP, pricing, and planning process.
• Create template media plans for custom and off-the-shelf marketing ideas.
• Book and manage digital campaign products using Operative One.
• Monitor live campaigns to manage pacing, delivery, reallocations, and optimizations.
• Collaborate with the traffic and operations teams to schedule and implement advertising programs.
• Generate screenshots and provide campaign pacing and reporting updates to the team.

Requirements

• Experience in digital sales support, preferably within an operations organization.
• 4-year college degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to work from the Los Angeles office.
• Understanding of digital billing and invoicing processes.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with digital ad operations tools such as Operative.One, FreeWheel, and DFP.
