Location: Remote (USA - AZ, reside in Greater Phoenix Area preferred), travel up to 75%.

Salary: $105,000 - $120,000 On Target Earnings.

What you will do

• Provide pre-sales engineering support and prepare technical sales materials.
• Develop system design recommendations and Requests for Proposals.
• Coordinate on-site proof-of-concept installations and trials.
• Deliver training seminars on-site and via webinars.
• Perform in-depth troubleshooting and solutions on-site.
• Collaborate closely with Regional Sales Managers on projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, or equivalent.
• 4+ years in networking and/or video systems, preferably customer-facing.
• Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, RESTful APIs, infrastructure, troubleshooting).
• Excellent verbal, presentation, and technical writing skills.
• Design documentation for video, audio, and network topologies.
• Ability to lift 20-40 lbs, climb ladders, work at heights, and travel up to 75%.
