TL;DR

What you will do

  • Conduct persistent outreach to targeted prospects via dials and email.
  • Communicate value proposition to decision makers and qualify them for sales opportunities.
  • Deliver against quota for qualified leads.
  • Leverage prospecting tools to research companies and identify key decision makers.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to close accounts and accelerate pipeline growth.
  • Optimize sales development processes and use Salesforce for lead management and forecasting.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of work experience.
  • Fluent in Spanish.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Grit, persistence, and ability to overcome objections over the phone.
  • Self-accountability and determination to exceed weekly goals.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience as an SDR.
  • Experience in hospitality, software, or sales.
  • Experience qualifying leads.
