What you will do
- Create awareness and interest in solutions among prospects.
- Identify and communicate with key decision makers in target accounts.
- Deliver high-quality outreach via phone, email, and social media to meet monthly goals.
- Nurture leads until qualified as sales-ready and set up sales appointments.
- Document all activities in CRM and provide detailed handoffs to sales team.
- Employ advanced prospecting strategies like LinkedIn selling, video messaging, and custom cadences for enterprise accounts.
Requirements
- Native level of Spanish or equivalent
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of technology sales experience with strong outbound focus
- Proven phone and email business development skills
- Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and similar tools
- Ability to work remotely full-time across multiple EMEA time zones
