Location: Remote within EMEA region, ability to work across multiple EMEA time zones required

What you will do

  • Create awareness and interest in hirify.global solutions among prospects.
  • Identify and communicate with key decision makers in target accounts.
  • Deliver high-quality outreach via phone, email, and social media to meet monthly goals.
  • Nurture leads until qualified as sales-ready and set up sales appointments.
  • Document all activities in CRM and provide detailed handoffs to sales team.
  • Employ advanced prospecting strategies like LinkedIn selling, video messaging, and custom cadences for enterprise accounts.

Requirements

  • Native level of Spanish or equivalent
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of technology sales experience with strong outbound focus
  • Proven phone and email business development skills
  • Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and similar tools
  • Ability to work remotely full-time across multiple EMEA time zones
