Location: Nashville, TN (#LI-Hybrid)

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 OTE annually

What you will do

  • Generate new business pipeline through outbound prospecting via cold calls and emails
  • Partner with Account Executives to research accounts, identify decision makers, and source net new opportunities
  • Run qualification calls, demonstrate attentive listening, and articulate how hirify.global solves customer challenges
  • Consistently meet quota targets contributing to revenue growth
  • Provide feedback to Marketing on MQLs and campaigns
  • Represent hirify.global at marketing events and trade shows
  • Develop sales skills like discovery calls, objection handling, and time management

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university
  • Team-centric mindset and ability to collaborate effectively
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Strong communication to identify customer opportunities
  • Passion for technology and sales in a fast-paced startup culture

  • Sales experience
  • Startup and SaaS experience
  • Experience engaging customers and resolving challenges
  • Proven track record exceeding metrics or quotas
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator
