Location: Nashville, TN (#LI-Hybrid)
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 OTE annually

What you will do
- Generate new business pipeline through outbound prospecting via cold calls and emails
- Partner with Account Executives to research accounts, identify decision makers, and source net new opportunities
- Run qualification calls, demonstrate attentive listening, and articulate how solves customer challenges
- Consistently meet quota targets contributing to revenue growth
- Provide feedback to Marketing on MQLs and campaigns
- Represent at marketing events and trade shows
- Develop sales skills like discovery calls, objection handling, and time management
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university
- Team-centric mindset and ability to collaborate effectively
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Strong communication to identify customer opportunities
- Passion for technology and sales in a fast-paced startup culture
