• Analyze shareholder base trends, ownership mix, and trading patterns.
• Manage non-deal roadshows, retail investor inquiries, and corporate board materials.

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a quantitative discipline.
• Strong knowledge of capital markets, corporate finance, and public company financial statements.
• Working knowledge of SEC filings, disclosure rules, and regulations.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and market data platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, S&P Global).
