What you will do

• Oversee the delivery of client reporting, performance measurement, and attribution across the firm to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the reporting function with a focus on modernization and scalability.
• Manage change initiatives and technical projects in partnership with Technology and other stakeholders.
• Own the relationship with London counterparts to ensure alignment and consistent cross-regional delivery.
• Collaborate with Investment, Marketing, Operations, and Compliance teams to enhance system reliability and automation.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or Engineering (CFA preferred).
• 8+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 2+ years in people management.
• Deep understanding of capital markets and investment management, preferably with fixed income experience.
• Expertise in performance measurement methodologies and attribution models across various asset classes.
• Proficiency with market data and portfolio tools such as Bloomberg and FactSet.
• Must be based in Chicago to support the hybrid work model.

• Experience with SQL, VBA, or other programming languages.
