What you will do
- Own the end-to-end renewal cycle to ensure timely and successful contract extensions.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of strategic accounts across the UK and EMEA regions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders to drive retention and commercial growth.
- Conduct strategic account reviews and ROI-driven discussions to articulate platform value.
- Collaborate with Product and Solutions teams to identify and execute upsell opportunities.
- Forecast renewal pipelines and report on retention metrics.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in customer-facing, revenue-responsible roles (Account Management or Customer Success).
- Proven track record of owning and closing renewals and meeting retention targets.
- Experience negotiating and influencing C-suite stakeholders across various geographies.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to balance customer needs with business outcomes.
- English proficiency is required; knowledge of French, Spanish, or Italian is a plus.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the UK.
