Director, Finance (Fintech)

Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 USD

What you will do

• Design and implement forward-looking financial models, profitability metrics, and new business scenarios to improve performance.
• Transform complex datasets into next-generation reporting using BI tools.
• Drive standardization of best practices and operational improvements across the Finance organization.
• Perform variance and trend analysis of monthly financial results, including Sales, Revenue, Expense, and Margins.
• Develop monthly forecasts, annual operating budgets, and multi-year strategic plans.
• Lead financial performance reviews with business partners and senior leaders to drive future results.

Requirements

• 5+ years of FP&A experience working directly with business partners.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex financial concepts into actionable insights.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under strict deadlines.
• Experience with TM1 or Power BI for developing visual reports and dashboards is a plus.
