What you will do

• Drive Budget vs. Actuals analysis and improve forecast precision through data-driven modeling.
• Manage monthly and quarterly reporting, including variance analysis and Board materials.
• Develop and maintain a playbook of financial models for revenue and cost drivers.
• Partner with leaders in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and R&D to manage spend and surface insights.
• Improve financial planning processes and build automation to reduce manual effort.
• Handle ad hoc strategic projects and financial analysis as business needs arise.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Finance at a high-growth tech company, or experience in Investment Banking or Consulting.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and distill them into actionable insights.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA, and able to work in the office at least two days per week.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, self-directed approach.
