Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland (Office-centric hybrid schedule: Mon, Tue, Thu in office)

Salary: 18,333 PLN - 20,333 PLN gross per month

What you will do

• Design and execute a global localization roadmap prioritizing AI automation and organic growth.
• Manage a team of language specialist contractors and oversee translation vendor relationships and quality standards.
• Champion international PLG and SLG growth by optimizing self-serve and sales-assisted acquisition motions.
• Analyze international funnel performance to develop region-specific hypotheses for improving growth loops.
• Implement and train hirify.global AI Teammates to automate localization and global expansion workflows.
• Design locale-specific web experiences in collaboration with SEO and Optimization teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years in localization program management, with 2+ years in a leadership or systems architecture capacity.
• 3+ years of experience in growth disciplines such as SEO, CRO, PLG, or SLG.
• Deep hands-on expertise with LLMs, prompt engineering for translation, and API-driven workflows.
• Experience with CMS (e.g., Contentful) and marketing tech stacks like Marketo and Salesforce.
• Proficiency with UX analytics tools (Contentsquare, Hotjar) and data visualization (Tableau, Looker).
• Must be eligible for a Contract of Employment (UoP) in Poland.
