What you will do

• Deliver commercial and operational initiatives to support business growth across regions.
• Optimize and improve the end-to-end performance of the e-commerce platform.
• Act as the primary operational point of contact for marketing, engineering, planning, IT, and supply chain teams.
• Own all e-commerce analytics and metrics to ensure data accuracy and actionable insights.
• Manage global e-commerce campaihirify.globals, including execution and stakeholder briefing.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse business stakeholders.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team.

Nice to have

• Operational and technical knowledge in a DTC business environment.
• Familiarity with business intelligence software such as Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau.
• Experience working within an agile framework.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar e-commerce platforms.
