Location: Remote-first within Europe (hubs in Warsaw and Barcelona).

What you will do

• Own the PMS product strategy across local and global versions, ensuring localized execution and market leadership.
• Partner with the Engineering Director to drive technical modularization and translate it into a winning product roadmap.
• Embed Noa AI natively into the PMS to provide intelligent scheduling, AI scribing, and patient summaries.
• Design a growth engine with a lightweight entry product and clear upsell paths to full PMS and marketplace services.
• Lead and develop product leaders across multiple countries to ensure cohesive execution.
• Own key business outcomes including clinic retention, expansion revenue, and new-market launches.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading product at a Lead or Director level, managing multi-team organizations.
• Proven track record in B2B SaaS, ideally within health tech or complex workflow products like EHR, billing, or scheduling.
• Experience driving multi-product consolidation and platform unification.
• Fluent English proficiency is required.
• Comfort working in regulated environments involving healthcare data and GDPR.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Spanish, Polish, Italian, or Portuguese.
