Salary: $219,600 — $562,600 USD (depending on geographic zone)

What you will do

• Own and execute the alliance strategy with NVIDIA, driving inclusion in programs like NVIDIA Connect.
• Lead efforts to integrate hirify.global into Enterprise AI Factory Reference Architectures and Validated Designs.
• Identify and prioritize joint solution opportunities focused on Data and AI Trust.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to support technical validation, certifications, and solution alignment.
• Enable ecosystem-led go-to-market motions through OEMs, alliance partners, and service providers.
• Build relationships with NVIDIA stakeholders and track alliance KPIs and business impact.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategic alliances, business development, or technology partnerships in enterprise software or AI.
• Working knowledge of NVIDIA technologies and ecosystem concepts, including CUDA and Rubin.
• Experience driving outcomes through indirect and ecosystem-led go-to-market motions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, data protection, security, and AI platform trends.
• Strong communication and executive presence for engaging with both technical and business audiences.
• Must be based in the USA (strong preference for West Coast/PT time zone)

Nice to have

• Direct experience working with NVIDIA or within the GPU/accelerated infrastructure ecosystem.
• Experience supporting reference architectures, validated designs, or joint solutions.
• Experience operating within global or highly matrixed organizations.
