Partner Development Director

TL;DR

Partner Development Director (CX/SaaS): Owning and executing partner strategies for key partners with an accent on balancing long-term vision and tactical execution in cloud ecosystems. Focus on developing GTM motions, driving joint pipeline and revenue outcomes, and managing partner health through KPIs and scorecards.

Location: 100% remote (US, Austin TX company location)

Salary: $180,000 - $200,000 a year

What you will do

• Develop and execute partner strategies aligned to growth priorities, balancing vision and execution.
• Collaborate with sales and practice leaders on GTM motions, account plans, and solution roadmaps.
• Own tactical execution of initiatives including joint account plans, pipeline tracking, and events.
• Define success measures, analyze performance with data, and evolve partnerships.
• Drive lifecycle of joint offerings from business case to value articulation.
• Identify growth areas like AI/GenAI and deliver pipeline/revenue outcomes.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of cloud ecosystems, SaaS platforms, and/or CX/CCaaS markets.
• Strategic and hands-on experience shaping partner strategies and executing campaigns.
• Proven success building GTM strategies driving pipeline and revenue.
• Strong analytical skills defining KPIs and optimizing partnerships with data.
• Excellent executive presence to influence stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration across sales, marketing, and technical teams.
