Location: Remote (US). Not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, OR, PA, RI, TX, VA, WA, or Washington DC
Salary: $132,192 - $183,600

What you will do
- Manage and expand high-value Retail customer accounts.
- Execute account strategies to deliver revenue, gross margin, and profit results.
- Partner with product, finance, and support teams to identify new revenue opportunities.
- Lead consultative sales cycles based on deep discovery and customer needs.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecasts using Salesforce.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on industry trends for the GTM organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in major or strategic accounts.
- Expertise in managing quantitative and analytical products for customers.
- Proven track record of delivering revenue for large-scale enterprise customers.
- Experience with business forecasts and financial models.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with CPaaS, SMS aggregators, carriers, or global communication platforms.
- Success negotiating agreements specifically within the Retail vertical.
- Domain expertise in DevOps, Fintech, advertising, or investment banking.
- Selling experience in Software, SaaS, or PaaS.
