TL;DR

What you will do

  • Build and execute Marketo programs and emails, handle audience targeting, list uploads, and program measurement across marketing campaigns.
  • Lead cross-functional campaign initiatives, ensuring best practices in marketing operations.
  • Identify and remove obstacles in Marketo and Microsoft’s Lead Management System for marketing teams.
  • Architect and administer Eloqua & SendGrid for custom lead flows.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, provide communication plans, and align deliverables for email orchestration and analytics.
  • Audit lead flows, marketing technologies, and data pipelines to improve conversion rates and database utilization.

Requirements

  • Location: Must work remotely from United States
  • 3+ years in sales/marketing operations or related (or Bachelor's +1 year experience).
  • 1+ year experience with technology process improvement.
  • 1+ year marketing operations in Global B2B software company.
  • 1+ year B2B reporting (Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
  • 1+ year CRM technologies (e.g., Salesforce).
  • 2+ years Eloqua or Marketo.

Nice to have

  • 4+ years Marketing Technology integration (APIs, webhooks).
  • 3+ years CMS (WordPress, Contentful).
  • 3+ years HTML/CSS/JS.
  • 3+ years SQL or Python.
  • B2B email best practices, deliverability, data quality, attribution.
  • Converting business requirements to technical specs.
