What you will do

  • Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms and email campaihirify.globals to drive lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Execute end-to-end webinar operations, from scheduling and invitation workflows to registration and lead hand-off.
  • Build and maintain ABM target account lists, segments, and workflows to track account-level engagement.
  • Own the intake, cleansing, and standardization of contact lists to ensure data hygiene and compliance.
  • Develop dashboards and reports tracking MQL, SAL, and SQL conversion rates and overall funnel performance.
  • Collaborate with Channel Marketing and Sales teams to alihirify.global lifecycle definitions and routing rules.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation, or growth analytics in a B2B environment.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics).
  • Proven experience in the operational execution of webinars using tools like Zoom, Teams Live, or ON24.
  • Proficiency in building reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or native CRM/MA tools.
  • Ability to manipulate data using Excel, Sheets, or SQL.
  • Must be based in the United States (hirify.global participates in E-Verify).

Nice to have

  • Strong familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and lead management concepts.
  • Experience with SQL for advanced data manipulation.
