TL;DR

Lifecycle Marketing Manager: Develop and execute supporter lifecycle strategy across digital touchpoints including onboarding, engagement, advocacy, reactivation, and retention with an accent on cross-channel journeys, data-driven segmentation, and personalization. Location: Remote-based anywhere in the United States; must be available for regular travel within the US for conferences, events, and staff retreats.

Salary: $78,000-$83,000 annually

What you will do

  • Design and build cross-channel journeys in platforms like Engaging Networks, ManyChat, Klaviyo, and n8n using BigQuery data for segments, cohorts, and triggers.
  • Partner with campaign, creative, and data teams to deliver personalized, message-matched content based on supporter actions and interests.
  • Implement A/B and multivariate testing to optimize messaging, frequency, channel mix, and lifecycle KPIs like open/click rates, conversions, and ROI.
  • Collaborate on defining lifecycle stages, building re-engagement strategies, and contributing to CRM/CDP roadmap with automation ideas.
  • Monitor funnel metrics, report on performance, and refine strategies for retention and win-back.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or engagement marketing, ideally at nonprofit or mission-driven org.
  • Deep experience with email platforms, marketing automation (Engaging Networks, Klaviyo, n8n, HubSpot, Salesforce), audience segmentation, personalization, and testing.
  • Strong analytical skills with SQL, data dashboards, and funnel metrics analysis.
  • Experience designing journeys driving conversions, retention, or re-engagement.
  • Work in cross-functional teams and agile environments.

Nice to have

  • Passion for youth-led climate action and social justice.
  • Familiarity with CDPs, journey orchestration, n8n, Meta ad flows, and Messenger bots integration.
  • Bilingual (especially Spanish).
