Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, CA). Must be in one of the offices at least 25% of the time

Salary: $310,000 - $365,000 USD

What you will do

• Provide operational leadership to the CFO, serving as a strategic partner to accelerate decision-making and remove barriers.
• Own end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives across FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and Finance Systems.
• Consolidate business intelligence from multiple channels into actionable priorities for leadership and resource allocation.
• Lead the prioritization and orchestration of the CFO's engagement with executives, the Board, and investors.
• Champion and drive the integration of Claude (AI) deeper into daily finance workflows and operational processes.
• Build scalable operational frameworks and identify automation opportunities to support rapid business growth.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Finance, Strategy, Business Operations, or Chief of Staff roles at high-growth technology companies.
• Strong foundation in finance or a highly analytical discipline with end-to-end knowledge of Finance organization operations.
• Exceptional project management skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• High operational discipline and the ability to synthesize complex information in ambiguous environments.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in investment banking, management consulting, or corporate strategy.
• Experience scaling processes in both startup and large corporate environments.
• Track record of implementing systems for high-growth companies.
• Global business experience and comfort operating across different markets.
• Previous experience collaborating directly with C-level executives, specifically a CFO.
