What you will do

• Manage month-end close activities, including preparing journal entries and conducting variance analysis.
• Own end-to-end bookkeeping, intercompany eliminations, and foreign currency translation for international subsidiaries.
• Partner with FP&A and business owners to validate accrual estimates and resolve discrepancies.
• Reconcile cash accounts and third-party payment processors on a monthly basis.
• Coordinate with Big 4 external auditors by preparing and organizing PBC documentation.
• Identify and drive accounting process improvements to increase scalability and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a SaaS or startup environment.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration at all levels.

Nice to have

• CPA certification or active candidacy.
• Big 4 or public accounting experience.
• Experience with multi-currency accounting and foreign subsidiary bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in NetSuite.
• Spanish language proficiency.
