What you will do

• Serve as the primary FP&A partner to G&A functions, including Finance, Legal, People, and Accounting.
• Develop and evolve core financial models for Services P&L, PLG ARR, bookings, and revenue.
• Automate and modernize reporting workflows and executive packages using AI tools such as Claude, Lovable, and Glean.
• Design advanced dashboards and migrate Tableau reporting to provide actionable insights to executives.
• Analyze AI-related spend, inference costs, and evaluate the ROI of AI investments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Operations, IT, and Corporate Engineering to redefine FP&A at scale.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of finance experience, with 2+ years in corporate FP&A or BI/Analytics preferred.
• Proven experience using AI tools to automate financial processes, reporting, or analysis.
• Strong financial modeling skills with high rigor and attention to detail.
• Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
• Experience in Enterprise SaaS is preferred.
