Strategic Finance Senior Manager (Growth)

Location: Remote - United States

Base salary: $180,200–$252,300 USD per year, plus potential equity and commission depending on the position offered.

What you will do

• Identify and assess growth opportunities across consumer and advertising products, sales, and marketing.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives from ideation through completion.
• Build financial models, forecasts, and business cases for planning, investment, and resource allocation.
• Research market trends, competitive dynamics, and user and advertiser needs, then present growth recommendations.
• Collaborate with Investor Relations to target growth areas aligned with investor interests.
• Monitor strategic initiatives, improve reporting processes, and share expertise across teams.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of combined experience in consulting or investment banking and in-house corporate finance or strategy roles.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience using AI tools for analysis, research, and workflow automation, including judgment to validate outputs.
• Ability to own complex workstreams, influence decisions, and build strong stakeholder partnerships.
• Clear communication skills, adaptability in ambiguous situations, and the ability to mentor peers.
