Account Manager

TL;DR

Salary: $30,000 - $60,000 USD/yr + commission

What you will do

• Conduct regular in-person visits to retail locations within your assigned territory
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and key decision-makers
• Present products/services through engaging demonstrations and presentations
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
• Track and report on sales activities, leads, and market insights
• Represent the company professionally and navigate local market conditions

Requirements

• 2+ years of successful outside sales experience, preferably B2B
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently in field-based role
• Comfortable with extended walking, driving between locations, outdoor exposure; valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
• Experience with CRM software and mobile sales tools
