Salary: $70K – $90K + Commission + Equity

What you will do

  • Research target accounts to identify medical directors, benefits leaders, and innovation teams.
  • Execute personalized outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to book qualified meetings.
  • Track activity and pipeline metrics in HubSpot to optimize sales approach and forecasting.
  • Develop deep expertise in payer pain points such as utilization management and cost containment.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to refine messaging and targeting strategies for different payer segments.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of SDR or similar outbound sales experience.
  • High volume tolerance and ability to meet ambitious activity targets.
  • Strong resilience and persistence in handling outbound rejection.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate ROI and value propositions.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM.

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare or health tech sales.
  • Knowledge of payer/TPA buying cycles and procurement processes.
  • Experience with benefits or insurance sales.
  • Understanding of value-based care, population health management, or prior authorization workflows.
